Where to start
You don’t need to see everything at once. Follow these three steps and you will have used AI for something real by the end.
Begin with Week 1 of the live trainings. Each week builds on the one before, and you can pause or rewatch whenever you like.
Go to Week 1Search the Skill Hub for something you would like help with, such as making sense of a long document. Open the skill to see what it does and what it needs.
Find a skillDownload the skill file, attach it to a conversation in Claude and say what you would like help with. Claude follows the instructions in the file.
How it works
Think of it as a capable helper you talk to in ordinary sentences. The Academy shows you how to ask for what you want and get useful answers back.
It tells Claude how to approach one particular task. You download it once, keep it, and can change the wording to suit you. It is a plain text file, so it works wherever Claude does.
Some skills help you keep a record of your thinking. Those notes are ordinary files on your own computer, not on our servers. Many members keep them in a free notes app called Obsidian, but that is optional.
